The event will feature classic Three Stooges shorts from noon to 1:30 p.m. and then at 2 p.m. There will be a discussion on the connection of the trio's comedy in the context of Jewish humor and theater. * Peaches to Beaches Yard Sale will be held from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. today and Saturday at the Jekyll Island Convention Center. The sale, which takes place along U.S. 341, is 212-miles and connects the peach-growing counties of middle Georgia to the beaches of the Golden Isles. Details: 262-6934.

* Jekyll Island Arts Festival, a juried show and sale of fiber arts, paintings, sculptures and pottery, will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. today through Sunday at Goodyear Cottage, Jekyll Island Historic District. Sponsored by the Jekyll Island Arts Association. Details: 635-3920.

The event will feature beer, wine, fresh-cooked brats, food from Indigo Coastal Shanty, and entertainment by the WharfRatz and others. The day will feature arts and crafts, fitness and cooking activities, music, drama and more. Class size is limited.
