The News names Kid Scoop winner
The Brunswick News announced two new winners for the Camp Kid Scoop Competition.

Ashanti Riley, 10, of Brunswick, received first place and won two passes to Summer Waves water park on Jekyll Island.

Ashanti, who attended Goodyear Elementary last year, did the Kid Scoop page at summer camp at Burroughs Molette Elementary School.

Kids Scoop is a special page published Tuesdays in The News that features mind-building games and puzzles for children.

"I like the mazes," said Ashanti when asked what her favorite part of Kids Scoop was.

Ashanti and her cousins from South Carolina went to Summer Waves together with the passes she won.

Zanyijiha King, 10, also of Brunswick, was the third place winner and won two tickets to the miniature golf courset at Neptune Park on St. Simons Island.

Zanyijiha attends Burroughs Molette Elementary School and did the Kid Scoop page at the summer camp program there.

"I like all of it," she said of the Kid Scoop page.

To enter the Camp Kid Scoop contest, fill out the Kid Scoop page and mail to Kid Scoop c/o The Brunswick News, P.O. Box 1557, Brunswick, GA, 31522.
