Among reports filed with police:

Thefts

* 1600 block of Tillman Avenue, Brunswick: A man reported a male suspect stole a handgun from his house Tuesday. He said it had been hidden in a closet in a stack of clothes when it was stolen. He suspected his brother's roommate of stealing the gun. It was valued at $540.

* Dollar General at 2700 block of J Street, Brunswick: A woman reported a male suspect stole a bottle of pain medicine from the store Saturday. The suspect was arrested and charged with parole violation. The store did not press shoplifting charges.

Problem with persons

* 1000 block of Third Street, Brunswick: A woman reported a female suspect was stalking her Tuesday. The suspect was angry with the complainant for having an affair with the suspect's husband, but the complainant denied the affair. The suspect had previously been issued a criminal trespass warning and told not to return to the location. She was charged with stalking.

* McDonalds at 1821 Glynn Avenue, Brunswick: A woman reported a female suspect was harassing her Monday. She said she spit through the drive-thru window, and the suspect said the complainant made faces at her. No arrests were made, but the suspect was issued a criminal trespass damage warning.
