Among reports filed with police:

Forgeries

* 1300 block of Stonewall Street, Brunswick: A woman reported someone used her Social Security number to change a direct deposit Monday. The officer instructed the complainant to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. The amount that was deposited in the new checking account was $640.

Burglaries

* 4800 block of Malabar Drive, Brunswick: A man reported someone entered his house and stole a portable video game console Saturday. His wife said she thought she heard the back slide glass door open but did not call police because she was afraid. He named a suspect. The stolen item was valued at $400.

* 1600 block of Martin Luther King Junior Blvd., Brunswick: An officer responded to the location after receiving a report of a burglary in progress Nov. 26. The officer located two male suspects who were attempting to steal a stove using a dolly. Both were arrested and charged with burglary.

Problem with persons

* 1900 block of Glynn Avenue, Brunswick: An officer located a male suspect who was loitering in the area while on patrol Nov. 30. The officer asked the suspect why he was pacing back and forth in front of a business, but the suspect would not answer the question. He was arrested and charged with loitering.

Drug offenses

* 500 block of P Street, Brunswick: A woman was arrested for possession of marijuana Nov. 29. Officers observed the suspect's vehicle parked in the middle of the street. They smelled a strong smell of marijuana and when they located the marijuana, they arrested the suspect.
