Thefts

* Dollar General at 315 Venture Drive, Glynn County: A man reported someone entered the store and stole merchandise Sunday. The male suspect concealed $80 in food products under his jacket. The complainant told the suspect to unzip his jacket, but the suspect said the bulges were from his colostomy bag. He fled the scene in a vehicle. An officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle matching the description provided by the complainant. The officer found the food items in the vehicle, and the suspect admitted to the theft. He was arrested for shoplifting.

* Publix at 171 Village at Glynn Place, Glynn County: A woman reported a female suspect stole a cake from the business Sunday. She picked up the cake and went through the registers without paying for it. The cake was valued at $75.

Problem with persons

* 100 block of Easy Street, Glynn County: A woman reported a male suspect threw a chair into a wall during a domestic dispute Sunday. The damage was estimated to be $50. The suspect was arrested and charged with criminal trespass damage and for a felony probation violation.
