Through March 29

* Coastal Heritage Exhibition, an annual juried exhibit of visual representations of regional history, may be viewed from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays at the Ritz Theatre Gallery, 1530 Newcastle St., downtown. Details: 262-6934.

* The Magic of Springtime, an exhibit celebrating the art of spring and natural beauty of the Golden Isles, will be on exhibit at Left Bank Gallery, 3600 Frederica Road, St. Simons Island. * "Waiting for Oprah" and "Lightburgers Waltzing Through the Garden with Joe," two comedies by Mary Miller, will be presented on alternating Saturdays throughout the spring and summer months. The evenings begin at 7:15 p.m. with coffee and dessert. The plays begin at 8 p.m. Admission is $25 and includes dessert and coffee catered by Daddy Cates. * Franc D'Ambrosio's Hollywood, a veteran star of the long-running touring company production of "Phantom of the Opera," will perform a concert of favorite film themes at 8 p.m. at the Glynn Academy Auditorium, 1000 Mansfield St., downtown. * Sarah and Paul of the Neptune Park Rangers will begin playing at 8:30 p.m. at Palm Coast Coffee and Pub, in the Pier Village, St. Simons Island.

* Owens and Shyanne (Bill Owens and Joanne Gauthier) will play from 9 p.m. to close at Chelsea Restaurant, at the intersection of Ocean Blvd. and Arnold Road, St. Simons Island.

* Corn Eyed Trout will play a mix of bluegrass, country and rhythm and blues from 7 to 10 p.m. at Skipper's Fish Camp, Darien.

* Pete Jock will play from 7 to 10 p.m. at Beef O'Brady's, U.S. 341, Brunswick.

* WharfRatz will play from 7 to 10 p.m. at SeaJay's, 1 Harbor Road, Jekyll Island.

* Three of Us, featuring Bill Townsend, Bo Fox and Marie Toler on her bongos and an arsenal of percussion, playing music from the 1960s and 1970s, will play from 8 to 10:30 p.m. at the Village Inn and Pub, 500 Mallery St., St. Simons Island.

* Ziggy Mahoney will play a live mix of beach and dance music beginning at 9:30 p.m. at Ziggy Mahoney's, next to Bennie's Red Barn, Frederica Road, St. Simons Island.

* Eddie Pickett of the WharfRatz will play beginning at 7 p.m. at SeaJay's restaurant on Jekyll Island.

* Ted White, pianist-vocalist will be playing music of the 1960s through the 1980s from 8 to 11 p.m. at J Mac's Restaurant, Mallery Street on St. Simons Island.

* WharfRatz will perform beginning at 7 p.m. at Latitude 31 on Jekyll Island.

SOCIAL DANCE

Every Monday

* Dance at 7:30 p.m. St. Simons Elementary School. Sponsored by the Seaside Dance Association. Lessons will focus on swing, rhumba and waltz steps. Salsa casino, a Latin folk dance, from 7:30 to 8:15 p.m. Details: 634-9527.

Last Saturday of the month

* The Golden Isles Ballroom Dancers meet at 7 to 9 p.m. at Christina's Dance World, Redfern Village, St. Simons Island. The evening features a dance lesson and practice. Light refreshments are served and singles and couples are welcome. Admission is $10. Details: 634-8219.

Third Sunday of the month
