The event is geared toward children, but will be held at new communities, Clearwater and Berrie Bluffs, both located off U.S. 17. This will offer a great opportunity for parents to peek at the subdivisions. Berrie Bluffs is a new development situated on the historic Berrie Plantation site. Homes start in the low $500s, and a model home is ready for viewing. Amenities include two freshwater lakes, controlled access gates, a lake house with a pool and spa and a community dock on Big Branch Creek.Clearwater is a family-oriented subdivision with homes starting in the $250s. The neighborhood also features a multi-million dollar resort-style aquatic center, stocked freshwater lake and a multi-purpose field.
Activities will run from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and will include pony rides, clowns, a water slide, face painting and more. Things will kick off at Clearwater with hot dogs and hamburgers being served.
